About Company
Lakshya Powertech is an engineering consultancy and contracting company that began as a freelance consultancy focused on power generation. The company provides operations and maintenance (O&M) services for gas and oil-based power generation. It operates primarily in four sectors: Oil and Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, and Industrial.
Lakshya Powertech’s services are divided into three main categories: (i) Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC), (ii) Integrated Operation & Maintenance Services, and (iii) Special Services. The company has expanded its global presence by securing an EPC contract in the renewable energy sector in Malaysia. Lakshya Powertech has successfully executed more than 138 projects, valued at approximately INR 136.91 crores.
These include projects for industry leaders such as Kirloskar Pneumatic, Megha Engineering & Infrastructures, Raub Energy, IOCL, Vedanta, and Subham Inc. As of 31 May 2024, the company has 44 major ongoing projects, with confirmed orders for projects worth approximately INR 421.42 crores. As of the same date, Lakshya Powertech employs 912 individuals on payroll.
The Objectives of the Issue
- Prepayment or repayment of all or a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the Company;
- Funding working capital requirements of the Company; and
- General Corporate Purposes.
