Founded in 2017, Chetana Education is a dynamic content company specializing in educational book publishing for CBSE and State Board curriculums, targeting the K-12 segment. They also develop educational software featuring learning videos for teachers and students, easily accessible via QR codes. Their efforts are supported by an extensive sales and distribution network.
Currently, Chetana Education focuses on serving both the Maharashtra State Board and the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), providing a comprehensive range of educational books from early pre-primary to K-12 courses. In the fiscal year 2023, Chetana Education sold over 6 million books, reaching students across various levels, including pre-primary, primary, secondary, and higher secondary. The company collaborates with more than 400 contract authors who contribute to creating their content. As of January 2024, Chetana Education has a strong distribution network with over 500 distributors and dealers, supported by a dedicated sales team across India.
As of 2023, Chetana Education boasts a portfolio of 700 titles across 15 different brands, including Master Key, Self-Study, Firefly, Bright Buddies, My Skill Book, Grade Me, and the QR Series. They have also developed a range of digital content to enhance students’ understanding of various subjects, making learning more engaging. In a strategic partnership with Allern Enterprises Private Limited, an edtech company, Chetana Education has produced over 30,000 videos accessible through QR codes.
