Objectives of the Issue
- To meet the requirements of Minimum Public Shareholding as stipulated under Rule 19 (2)(b) of the Securities Contract Regulation (Rules), 1957 read with Regulation 19A Securities Contract Regulation (Rules), 1957 and Regulation 38 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015
- To augment our capital base and provide for our fund requirements for increasing our operational scale with respect to our NBFC activities.
