About Company
Shri Balaji Valve Components produces ready-to-assemble valve components tailored for the production of valves utilized across diverse industries and varying sizes based on customer specifications. Shri Balaji Valve, an ISO 9001-2015 certified company, manufactures various components such as balls, stems, valve bodies, connectors, trunnions, flanges, housings, rings, shafts, bonnets, discs, sleeves, etc. These components are utilized in the production of different types of valves, including Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Control Valves, Globe Valves, Gate Valves, and Check Valves.
At present, Shri Balaji Valve operates from two manufacturing facilities situated in Pune, Maharashtra. The first facility, situated in Bhosari, Pune, is equipped with forging capabilities and heat treatment facilities. Meanwhile, the second manufacturing facility is located at Chakan MIDC, Bhamboli, Pune, where machining work is undertaken. Over the past three years, Shri Balaji Valve has exported valve components to various countries, including Germany, Singapore, Taiwan, Italy, South Africa, the UAE, the USA, the UK, and Qatar.
The Objectives of the Issue
- Funding Capital Expenditure towards the installation of additional plant and machinery.;
- To meet working capital requirements;
- General Corporate Purpose.
